For Policymakers

Who are we? The HPC Guild represents a collective of contractors that have been instrumental in the development of energy efficiency programs in the Portland area such as Clean Energy Works Portland. We continue to work with policymakers at the city and Metro level, with the Energy Trust, and with financial institutions to improve these programs and bring them to scale.

Qualifications and approach: Guild member companies offer comprehensive Home Performance testing and services and feature technicians with Building Performance Institute (BPI) certifications.

Local workforce: Guild member companies are locally owned and employ local workers. We are proud to be part of the local community and to contribute to the local economy.

Scalable solutions: The Guild not only provides a common voice for member companies but also a supportive community. Member companies stand ready to scale our workforce as public programs permit—and to advise new Guild members as they prepare to do the same.
